CallPlus and Locus Mobile "off-network" roam calls will now incur a surcharge on calls.
You will know when this type of call occurs when you are instructed to enter, two times, the number you are dialing.
The surcharge appears to be 4X the standard rate per minute. Any updated rate will be posted.
Domestic, long distance and "on-network" roam calls will all be at the new, lower rates effective June 2004.
