There is a 15% re-stocking fee, plus s/h, after receiving a RMA number for any phone returned. Prior to refill pin purchase, we strongly urge you to contact CallPlus/Locus customer service to determine that your phone is capable of refill service.

NOTE: Pharos International strongly urges you to renew your airtime at least two business days before your expiration date. Pharos International will email pins usually within one business day of received order (to Pharos).
