Locus Mobile will ONLY work with Locus Mobile service (does NOT work withCallPLus service). Pins are NOT interchangeable with CallPlus Mobile service. There are no refunds or returns accepted of any prepaid cell phone pin, or activation pin (kit) purchases.

NOTE: Pharos International strongly urges you to renew your airtime at least two business days before your expiration date. Pharos International will email pins usually within one business day of received order (to Pharos).

If your service is de-activated, by not renewing your airtime within 90 days, you will lose your service and phone number. Events, including server being down, email service interruption, spam blockage, invalid and back-ordered airtime pins may delay fulfilling airtime pin orders. Pharos International is not responsible for loss of service or loss of phone number.

Airtime expires 90 days after most recent reactivation. Unused airtime accumulates to the next 90 days on active phones. To check when your remaining airtime will expire, call 877-205-8600

*For your security, initial pin orders for new customers will be mailed, first-class. No refunds or exchanges on any pins.

*Roam calls may require special dialing patterns and access code (usually last 4 digits of your Locus Mobile phone) for outbound calls within roam systems.

^International calls to the "low-rate" 50 countries requires dialing a special access number - 562 252-0100. Upon dial tone, dial international phone number as customary. Other countries are dialed at AT&T international rates (available from AT&T operator)
