If your service is de-activated, by not renewing your airtime within the current service cycle or by maintaining a zero balance for 30 days, you will lose your service and phone number. Events, including server being down, email service interruption, spam blockage, invalid and back-ordered airtime pins may delay fulfilling airtime pin orders.
