VIVA will ONLY work with VIVA service and is NOT interchangeable with other services. Will NOT work on TDMA phones. There are no refunds or returns accepted of any prepaid cell phone pin, or activation pin (kit) purchases.

For your security, initial pin orders for new customers will be snail-mailed.

*Roam calls may require special dialing patterns and access code for outbound calls within roam systems.

**International calls to the "low-rate" 50 countries requires dialing a special access number - 562 252-0100. Upon dial tone, dial international phone number as customary.

NOTE: Pharos International strongly urges you to renew your airtime at least two business days before your expiration date. Pharos International will email pins usually within one business day of received order (to Pharos).

If your service is de-activated, by not renewing your airtime before expiration, you will lose your service and phone number. Events, including server being down, email service interruption, spam blockage, invalid and back-ordered airtime pins may delay fulfilling airtime pin orders. Pharos International is not responsible for loss of service or loss of phone number.
