*Promotional activation service is limited to "first-time" VIVA phone activation. The Activation special will not work on phones already registered on the VIVA Mobile system. Such a phone can not be re-activated with an additional Activation pin (either promotional or special). You will need to by a standard refill pin to re-activated your phone, if service has lapsed.
This means that if a phone has ever at anytime in the past, and no matter how long ago the phone has been inactive, has ever been registered to H20 - that phone is still registered with H20/VIVA. This is true unless someone has specifically contacted Locus H20 to have the phone removed from its network. Only then, may the phone no longer registered with Locus H20.
A phone is NOT included with this promotion. Pharos International can only be responsible in providing ESN (serial numbers) of phones purchased from Pharos International.
NOTE: Pharos International strongly urges you to renew your airtime at least two business days before your expiration date. Pharos International will email pins usually within one business day of received order (to Pharos).
If your service is de-activated, by not renewing your airtime within the service period, you will lose your service and phone number. Events, including server being down, email service interruption, spam blockage, invalid and back-ordered airtime pins may delay fulfilling airtime pin orders. Pharos International is not responsible for loss of service or loss of phone number.
