If your service is de-activated, by not renewing your airtime within the current service period, you will lose your service and phone number. Events, including server being down, email service interruption, spam blockage, invalid and back-ordered airtime pins may delay fulfilling airtime pin orders. Pharos International is not responsible for loss of service or loss of phone number.
