We guarantee that our cellphone service will work in your phone service area, or your money back!

If you buy one of our prepaid wireless phone products, from Pharos International and we can't provide service in your home area, we'll buy back the phone, less shipping and handling fees. Defects covered by manufacturer's warranty.

We can not guarantee the availability of a phone's ESN (serial number) not purchased from Pharos International. No refunds under this condition.

The guarantee is from 30 days of delivery of the phone. It will be your obligation to determine that the desired cellular service is available in your service area, prior to purchase. (Service availability url provided on Pharos International site, or email us from any link)

Returning the Phone

An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is needed prior to returning any phone. Phones returned without an RMA will not be accepted. You obtain an RMA number by contacting Pharos International at service@pharosint.com. Or, by calling 201 802-0800 and asking for customer service. The phone must be returned in original condition and in its original packaging. Shipping and handling fees, and any purchased airtime time will be subtracted from the refund. You are responsible for shipping and insurance costs for the returned phone.

We can make this guarantee because we feel very sure about our product and service.

There is no refund on any prepaid phone card purchases, or prepaid cell phone card purchases.

We can not guarantee that the CallPlus service provided will be a "local" call from you home, land-line phone and there are no refunds if this is the case.
